MODULAR MEANS VERSATILE
With a powered or supplied air respirator system, pressure on the face, breathing resistance and heat build-up are all greatly reduced when compared to non-powered and supplied air tight-fitting facepieces, creating all-day comfort for the user.
3M™ Versaflo™ respirator systems represent an enormous effort by 3M to accomplish three major goals:
3M Versaflo headgear ranges from lightweight hoods to industrial helmets that help provide respiratory protection and, depending on the model, eye and face protection, head protection and hearing protection.
All 3M™ Versaflo™ breathing tubes feature the innovative Quick Release Swivel (QRS) connection. The QRS connects quickly to the headgear and swivels to minimize loops and kinks in the breathing tube.
All BT-Series Breathing Tubes are fully compatible with all Versaflo™ headgear and air sources.
All Versaflo™ components are interchangeable, giving you the flexibility to find different solutions for different applications, locations, or tasks. To complete your Versaflo™ system, choose from the two Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPRs) or four Supplied Air Respirator valves shown here.

3M™ Versaflo™ S-133 and S-133B Headcovers
Fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box.
Suitable for applications that require frequent replacement of the entire headgear assembly, such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, or in situations where there is less soiling of the outer fabric.
Available in two sizes with adjustable suspension to comfortably fit more wearers: S/M and M/L.
Wide faceseal with soft elastic for improved comfort.
Headcover design reduces the potential for air whistling past the wearer’s ears, allowing for better communication and comfort.
